- Omero - Depoyment of Omero Image Database ready to serve microstructural Investigation Images for Publication
- OpenBISmantic - Deployment of OpenBIS and the Mat-O-Lab OpenBISmantic Plugin, providing sematic data based on OpenBIS data structure
- CSVtoCSVW - Deployment of the CSVtoCSVW Tool as part of the Mat-O-Lab sematic data transformation Pipeline, it enables the annotation of complex csv files with the help of the w3c csvw vocabulary.
- MapToMethod - Deployment of the MaptoMethod Tool as part of the Mat-O-Lab sematic data transformation Pipeline, it enables the creation of rule based YARRRML mapping between data description like the output of CSVtoCSVW and knowledge graphs giving the context of the data.
- RDFConverter - Deployment of the RDFConverter Tool as part of the Mat-O-Lab sematic data transformation Pipeline, it runs rule based YARRRML mapping creating combined RDF graphs with the option to exchange the mapped data by a similar structured metadata file.
